Datix Training

Training over 4,000 users a year, Datix invests in its training team to ensure that skills and expertise can be transferred quickly and effectively to clients.

We always ensure our training services are in line with best practise training methodologies.

Our service team offers a full range of training methods. We incorporate remote courses or recorded sessions, with our Train-the-Trainer approach. Our hands-on instruction and self-paced orientation enables trainees to become the trainers, cascading their learning to other members of staff.

The importance of training

Your Datix application plays a key role in your business, and demand for skilled employees increases daily. Organizations need to be assured the professionals they hire can handle real-world, technology-based responsibilities, and employees and job seekers need relevant qualifications that demonstrate these qualities.
