The Datix Certified Professional (DCP) Course is intended to help attendees realise the full potential of their Datix risk management system.
Enabling them to effectively design, implement and manage the technology to support the business requirements of their organisations. With NHS reforms on the horizon and increasing pressure to meet the exacting standards of the Care Quality Commission, now more than ever is the time to invest in quality training that goes beyond simple product training.
By the end of this course attendees will be able to effectively design, implement and manage a Datix risk management system according to the requirements of their own organisation, or based on a case study provided.
Who should attend this course?
- Existing Datix Administrators whose employers wish to benefit from a technically proficient professional who has hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of best practice implementation techniques.
- Those who wish to pursue Datix Administration as a full time career.
- Those within Risk management who wish to diversify their skill set.
The course makes use of a mix of classroom training, e-learning assessment tools, various self-paced case study exercises and project work. A Citrix connection to a fully stand-alone Datix system is available throughout the duration of the course so attendees can conduct project work when it suits them without impacting their organisation’s Datix configuration. Access will be provided to Datix Training Online, a powerful virtual learning environment for assignment submission, discussion forums, file downloading and news and announcements.
