The CQC module helps you capture self-assessments against the KLOEs, store appropriate evidence, assign and monitor actions and link areas of concern to the Risk Register. You can demonstrate compliance, whilst continuously delivering an outstanding quality of care.

Do you want to capture mock inspection results or have you just had an inspection? You can prepare for an inspection by detailing what evidence will be needed during an inspection and monitor areas that require extra support. If you've just had an inspection CQC recommendations can also be captured in the appropriate locations along with internal actions required to follow the advice. 

If you want to enhance awareness of the Fundamental Standards the CQC Standards module gives you easy access to the standards and KLOEs, so it's clear to understand how various events affect CQC ratings and compliance. 

Centralised evidence collection

The centralised management of evidence ensures registered services are using the most up-to-date information and saves time when preparing for a mock or real inspection as all the necessary information is all in one place.

The module generates information by outcome, in a pre-defined easy to read format required by CQC inspectors, so compliance can be demonstrated more easily.

The Datix Library

The Datix ‘Library’ within the module stores the policies and procedures that are required for evidence of compliance to the Fundamental Standards and for evidence during inspections. Documents can be assigned to multiple KLOEs and services within a few clicks of a button.

Central monitoring of service compliance

Access permissions mean CQC standards can be distributed effectively between board, senior management and operational staff, allowing a consistent view of compliance across the entire organisation. The system can be used to create and assign action plans for staff allowing them to provide robust evidence for each of the five inspection domains. This will drive improvements in quality of care and ensure that compliance with all required fundamental standards is achieved.
