The Project Delivery Team

The Project Delivery team offers collaborative working to build you a bespoke patient safety system to help improve your reporting and learning culture.

The project delivery team consists of project leads, project managers, application specialists and project support who will work in collaboration to achieve your organisational goals.

This team will take you through our six phase approach from project set up and planning, to system review and training. Our approach can be seen in more detail below.

Step 1: Project Initiation

Initiation starts with a handover call to introduce you to the Project Lead. Cloud environments will be installed. Your assigned project manager will host an initial scoping call and the project initiation meeting will take place in person, to discuss requirements, set aims and build a project plan.

Step 2: Configuration

The configuration will be an iterative process of scoping, configuration, review and feedback. Each module will be scoped separately and requirements will be translated by your project manager into instructions for project support to build.

Step 3: Modular Training

The training will allow super users of the system’s modules to become confident in both using module and cascading the training. This includes how to submit and manage records.

Step 4: User Acceptance Testing

The UAT will allow users to test the system in a controlled environment and gauge their responsiveness. Changes needed will create a snag list of changes to be made in order to fine tune the system. Your administrators will also receive training so that they can take over the day to day administration and set up of the system.

Step 5: Sign-off and 'Go Live'

Once final changes have been made your system is ready to 'go live'. We will meet with you to review our aims from the outset and ensure we have met them all before signing off.

Step 6: Handover

At your first reporting period, you will receive Searching and Reporting Training. This will generate live reports and Dashboards giving instant insight into your organisation. Handover will then be made to our Datix Support Team and Account Management who will then become your first point of contact.
