Over the last few months, the support team at Datix have been working hard to launch a new way for you, our customers, to get in touch with us: Live Chat.
This great new feature allows you to interact with us to get quick answers to queries. Live Chat is easy to use and is accessed directly from the customer portal. If you’ve not yet used our customer portal, now is a great time to sign up! Please just drop an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you all set up.
The intention of Live Chat is to assist you with minor queries; for example, if you are in the process of creating a security group and require some guidance, have a query around searching and reporting or you’re just stuck and not sure where to turn next. If your query requires further investigation and testing by the Datix support team we’ll create a support desk ticket as normal and continue communication with you outside of the Live Chat feature.
A full copy of the chat transcript will be sent to you at the end of every chat.
Live Chat is available to all users that have an account on the portal and can be accessed during normal support desk hours; Monday to Friday - 0930 to 1700 (excluding bank holidays).
We’re really excited about this launch and are looking forward to giving you a convenient way to get the answers you need, quickly.
