Introduction

We train over 4,000 users a year, either on-site, or at our dedicated in-house training facilities.

Our experienced and accredited trainers possess in depth knowledge on our full range of software solutions and are committed to providing the best possible training service.

Why use us?

Datix has become the first UK based Risk Management software provider to join the TAP GOLD Partner Program in Commitment to Training Design and Delivery.

This commitment means that we have adopted the policy that all training be designed and developed by trainers holding a TAP Certificate in Training Design and Development Skills and is led by a trainer holding a TAP Certificate in Delivery.

This ensures our training services are in line with best practice with regard to training methodologies. It also means that our training is as effective as is possible therefore delivering value for money for our clients.  In addition, the TAP Learning System is based on a methodology  which has proved to be extremely successful within the UK healthcare sector and internationally.

Our Courses

The majority of our courses are classroom based and are held at our customers training venue.

To guarantee that our course objectives are effectively met we set the classroom size to 6 attendees. This allows us the time and focus to develop and to assess the users’ skills and competencies.

If you would like more information on our range of training courses or wish to inquire about costs and/or bookings, please contact us on +44 (0)208 971 1971 or email us at training@datix.co.uk

Group Training Courses

We also run training courses at our offices in London for groups of users from different organisations. These are ideal if you want to brush up on your Datix skills or if you have a new member of staff who you would like to get up to speed on Datix. If you would like detailed course contents or to request a place on a course, please email courses@datix.co.uk
