The Datix Consultancy service currently covers, but is not limited to:

• Following a "Right first time" design approach - reducing risk, project costs and time to ‘go live’ date.
• Keeping up to date with best practice and changing trends within the market.
• Being a partner in the design and implementation of Datix and using accumulated knowledge to the benefit of all users 
• Assuring the client’s flow processes are accurately reflected in the set up of the Datix System.
• Advising how to code up Datix in line with the site’s unique requirements.
• Assisting with mapping the coding for the purpose of reporting to the NPSA (and other external reporting agencies).
• Agreeing best practice design for the various Datix Web Forms.
