Hotspots
This module will help you to identify areas where increased levels of incidents may be a cause for concern.
You will be able to monitor and manage these areas and Datix can also act as an automated warning system, marking a transition to using the software in a more proactive way. For example, you may be concerned with medication errors within a specific area of the hospital and you would like to be automatically alerted when a certain threshold is breached over a given timeframe.
The Hotspot Agent will allow you to configure these parameters, and will alert you if these criteria are met. Hotspots can be set across a variety of modules within the Datix Platform.
